Vocational Guidance CareerCounselling and Training Programs are conducted annually by OSA, for the benefit of all schools and junior colleges of Anjuman-i-Islam, and various other schools and junior colleges of South Mumbai. This is done in coordination with the Bureau of Vocational Guidance. The placement services of OSA has helped many final year students secure gainful employment. These classes provide professional training to final year engineering students to prepare them to face interviews, speak confidently and boldly face situations when exposed to demanding work environment.

Apart from conducting NEET/ CET courses in our Guidance Classes. OSA is proud to have been instrumental in introduction of an Online Exam Management Portal, IP Solutions, for JEE/NEET competitive exams, to our Degree College. IP solutions provides studies material and conducts practice tests and mock tests FREE for our students with user friendly web interface as well as android application in our College’s name.

Proficiency, in languages is important for a student to learn, understand, express himself in all professional activities during studies and after passing out from the college. For this purpose, to improve language proficiency OSA conducts language improvement classes, especially in English. Marathi being the state language, it’s knowledge is compulsory in state government jobs to improve proficiency in marathi OSA conducts Marathi Classes also.

To reduce drop-out numbers, students failing in SSC (X) & HSC (XII) standards are given extra coaching in there weak subjects and are prepared to appear for this Exams.

To improve academic , professional and social stature of students, lecture are held in guiding students in personal appearance, academic excellence and professional etiquettes, ways of presenting themselves and creating self confidence among them.
