As a small token of respect, OSA celebrates "Founder's Day" every year on 25th January, to mark the birth of the legendary Mr. Mohamed, son of Haji Saboo Siddik, the founder of the Mohamed Haji Saboo Siddik Technical Institutions viz. Technical High School, Technical Junior College, Polytechnic, Engineering College and various ITI & other Technical Courses, and many other institutions like Saboo Siddik Musafirkhana, Bawla Masjid and six Charitable Maternity and Medical Centers, now run by Mumbai Municipal Corporation and other charitable organizations.

On this occasion, apart from holding Vocational Guidance and Career Counseling Programmes and Annual Prize Distribution function, for the encouragement of students, we also organize various educational awareness functions for students, parents and general public where prominent speakers enlighten them on various aspects of development and progress in the field of education.

On 30th January 2021, OSA celebrated 32nd Founder’s Day in memory of Mohamed Haji Saboo Siddik, and simultaneously it celebrated 1st Haji Kalsekar Day to commemorate Haji Abdul Razzak Kalsekar at Kalsekar Technical Campus in New Panvel, Navi Mumbai.

33rd Founders Day and 2nd Haji Kalsekar Day was celebrated on Tuesday 25th January, 2022 at Alma Latifi Hall, Saboo Siddik Campus.
